SLOP SINK
"This is it!" – The Elusive Perfect Slop Sink

A slop sink is a deep, oversized basin typically found in laundry rooms, utility areas, or outdoor spaces like gardens and balconies. True to its name—derived from “slop,” meaning wastewater—it is designed for washing off dirt and grime. From rinsing muddy clothes and shoes to pre-washing laundry, cleaning mops and buckets, a slop sink serves countless practical purposes.
Many homeowners consider installing one during a new build or renovation, yet finding a sink that balances functionality and aesthetic appeal can be surprisingly difficult. Often relegated to a purely utility role, many designs lack the refinement needed to seamlessly integrate into a beautifully designed space. A sink should enhance rather than diminish the ambiance of a room.
Inspired by our work on bathtubs, we embarked on designing a slop sink that is both elegant and highly functional—one that blends seamlessly into any space while maintaining the high standards of usability expected from a professional-grade wash basin.
A Thoughtfully Designed Slop Sink for Everyday Convenience

Beyond ensuring ample depth and width, our slop sink features an integrated backsplash at the front. This design eliminates the need for tile installation while effectively preventing water splashes from reaching the surrounding area.
To enhance usability, we have added a raised tier above the sink—perfect for placing detergent, brushes, or freshly washed clothes and shoes. A removable draining plate can be positioned on this tier and slid to the most convenient location for use.

One often-overlooked challenge is finding a place to store damp cleaning cloths. To solve this, we have installed two slim bars beneath the sink, set slightly inward, where cloths can be hung to dry. It’s a small yet meaningful addition—a long-awaited designated spot for something so frequently used.
When not in use, the draining plate can also be placed on these bars for tidy storage.
Designed with careful attention to everyday household needs, this slop sink provides a seamless and satisfying solution to common water area inconveniences.
"Zerotect"® Coating - Advanced Protection for Your Slop Sink
The interior and exterior surfaces of our slop sink are treated with “Zerotect”®, a specialized anti-fouling coating. Developed from advanced glazing technology, Zerotect is a completely inorganic, ultra-hydrophilic coating that is environmentally friendly. Its water-repellent properties allow even oil-based stains to rinse away effortlessly with just water, making it a widely adopted solution in public facilities and various industries.
With an impressive 9H surface hardness, Zerotect offers exceptional durability, antibacterial properties, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. Just like our bathtubs, the interior of the slop sink is coated with white Zerotect, while the exterior features a stainless steel vibration finish, sealed with a transparent Zerotect coating. This combination enhances both aesthetic appeal and functional longevity, ensuring a sleek and pristine look for years to come.

The Charcoal Gray finish involves sandblasting the surface of the stainless steel, creating a unique texture. This technique brings out the distinctive metallic appearance, which is visually striking. However, this textured surface can attract fingerprints and other marks more easily. To address this, a transparent Zerotect coating is applied, ensuring the metal’s natural expression is preserved while also providing excellent anti-fouling properties. This combination of design and functionality allows for both the aesthetic beauty of the metal’s texture and enhanced cleanliness, offering a practical yet elegant solution.
How to Order
You can select the color and purchase the sink directly from our online shop. As this is a made-to-order product, the lead time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
Please note that the sink is sold as a standalone item. The drainage trap and water supply faucets are not included. Before purchasing, we recommend consulting with the contractor or construction company responsible for installation to confirm the feasibility of installation and the positioning of water and drainage connections.
The sink comes with mounting brackets for installation on the wall. These brackets should be attached to the wall, with the upper back of the sink hanging from the brackets during installation. There are also screw holes on the lower back part of the sink for securing it.
